Shipping policy

We do our best to get your orders to you quickly and smoothly.

Processing & Standard Shipping

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless covered by our Same-Day Delivery/Pick-up Policy.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Same-Day Delivery/Pick-up (Covered Areas Only)

• Same-day delivery/pick-up is available for areas covered by Lalamove, Grab and other similar service providers. Kindly select that option when checking out and wait for an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

• As a rule, buyer books the preferred service provider and pays the fee directly to the rider. Please send tracking details to:

• Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM and riders should arrive at the Warehouse by 5:00 PM.

• If we’re unable to fulfill your same-day delivery/pick-up request, you may choose to cancel your order.

Notes

• Shipping times may vary depending on courier and location.

• We’re not responsible for courier delays once your order has been handed over for delivery, but we’ll help track it down if needed.
